“One of the hardest jobs in politics must be cleaning up after after (Joe Biden) gaffes. I feel sorry for his spokespeople.”
—Donald Trump tweet, Aug. 16, 2012 (of course, that was before Trump became POTUS and promptly eclipsed all records for gaffes).
A quote that retains currency. Of course, there is no need to do this for President Trump since he commits no gaffes in the minds of his supporters.
A gaffe is a stupid or careless mistake, for example when you say or do something that offends or upsets people. And who is the first person we think of when we read this definition…why Mr. POTUS of course.
More than 100 U.S. service members have been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury as the result of a January missile strike from Iran, CNN and Reuters reported Monday (Today). This after President Donald Trump and Pentagon officials initially said that no U.S. or Iraqi troops were injured in the Jan. 2 missile strike. Wanna talk about gaffes! Or would that just be an outright lie after making a horrific decision.
