They went out and hired thugs, white supremacists, and wanna-be tough guys, gave them no real training, put masks on them, and unleashed them on the public. I cannot believe this is America. I am 80 years old, and I am afraid I am going to die and leave my grandchildren in this destroyed country.

From what I see the agent unholstered his gun BEFORE the incident unfolded and chose to stand his ground, instead of stepping out of the way. If I were a jury member I believe I would conclude his action of unholstering his gun shows his inclination / attentions. He was choosing the ability to have cover for his actions to shoot and thus kill this individual. No immigration crime, if any, she may have committed justifies this type of enforcement. The farfetched comments from the federal administration officials completely incorrectly describing the incident truly confirms my observation. (and Tom and always Thank You for your reporting efforts.)

There are laws against interfering with a law enforcement officer. She had been doing that all day (per testimony and no one has disputed that). How many times have we seen someone aim a vehicle as a weapon and drive in the direction of a police officer. and that person be charged with attempted murder? The officer has no obligation to “move” other than self-preservation. The person is required by law to stop and exit her vehicle as commanded. She did not and attempted to flee. That is clearly evident in the video. This could have easily been avoided if:1) she had not interfered with the police. 2) Had obeyed the command to stop and exit, 3) not attempted to flee the scene when she was surrounded by the police.

I have no doubt the followers of this column will disagree, but the fact is, that she put herself in this position and it cost her life which could easily been avoided with no worse than a fine to pay. Try to interfere with the police anywhere in Louisiana and see what happens. And I find it terrible that one is so blinded they will forfeit their life for no good reason. What would any thinking person have expected?

And let us get down to the core of the matter. Illegals are, by law, not supposed to be here. That is the current law, and is the same, pretty much all around the world. No country tolerates what the Biden Administration did to this country by allowing this to happen. Even Obama expelled over three million people using ICE.

Trump has tricked you people into defending criminals, non-citizens, Narco Dictators, communists, fraudulent behavior in government and you keep sinking in deeper. And most amusing, is that every Democrat politician taking that position is on tape with a 180 degree different opinion when a Democrat was in the White House.
