In the year between Oct. 7, 2023 and Oct. 7, 2024, more than 62,000 people died of starvation, according to a study by the Watson Institute for International & Public Affairs, which issued its 28-page REPORT on the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks in Israel.

Whether your sympathy lies with the Israelis who were caught off-guard by the attacks, or the Palestinians caught in the middle of Israel’s war with Hammas, or whether you have no dog in the hunt is immaterial: the starvation of 62,000 people is inhumane and unspeakably cruel.

But all the death and destruction aside, leave it to Agent Orange to post on Facebook, Instagram and Truth Social a repulsive video that depicts him and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, both shirtless, chilling out on Trump’s Riviera of the Middle East.

It’s apparently not enough that cities and lives have been destroyed and that more are dying unnecessarily, but Trump has to gloat about it all.

The video begins with the caption “Gaza 2025: What’s Next.” Then, as the music is cued in, children run through a tunnel and rubble from the war becomes palm trees, lined beaches and luxury high rise condos as someone sings, “No more tunnels, no more fear. Trump Gaza is finally here.”

The video, which also shows Elon Musk being showered with cash and Trump and Bibi lounging poolside and drinking beer in their swim trunks, did not originate in the White House. In fact, it was initially posted anonymously, but that didn’t deter Trump from trolling it by re-posting it so millions would have the opportunity to view a classic case of distaste and vulgarity. Apparently, he thought it was clever.

This, folks, is the moron Americans elected to control access to the button that could launch nuclear Armageddon.

But why stop there? There’s also the story of how the Securities and Exchange Commission has abruptly halted its FRAUD PROSECUTION of Justin Sun, the Chinese crypto entrepreneur who, coincidentally, I’m sure, purchased $30 million in crypto tokens from World Liberty Financial, the new venture being backed by Trump, who will realize a substantial windfall of millions from Sun’s “investment.”

Sun had been accused of “wash trading,” which involves the buying and selling of tokens to fraudulently=manufactured artificial interest.

If that’s not enough for you, consider this: Trump is pushing the so-called SAVE ACT, which, if passed, could disenfranchise millions of Americans and disqualify them from voting in the future.

Disguised as an election integrity bill, it would require every voter to show proof of citizenship bearing their current name when registering to vote.

Besides ending online and mail-in voter registration, it would require not a driver’s license for proof of citizenship, but a birth certificate or a passport. Millions just don’t have ready access to either.

Married people who’ve change their names would be able to register using their original birth certificates, thereby disenfranchising millions of women.

Of course, Republicans roll out the lie that the bill would stop non-citizens from voting in national elections. What they neglect to tell you is that it’s already illegal (has been for decades) for non-citizens to vote in national elections. But, you see, you’re not supposed to ask questions.

Short answer to that contention: It’s not an election integrity bill; it’s a voter suppression bill. Period.

Meanwhile, the mainstream media is rolling over for IMPOTUS. ABC settled its lawsuit, paying Trump $25 million when it could have stood and fought – and probably won. Now, Jeff Bezos has capitulated totally by soiling the once-proud name of The Washington Post by imposing his personal will upon the editorial department.

Of course, it’s his newspaper and he can do with it as he pleases. I can also – and have – canceled my subscription. First of all, he has ZERO experience and expertise as a newspaper person. He bought it with chump change from one of his pants pockets. And he has proceeded to make a joke of the paper’s masthead logo: “Democracy dies in darkness.” Bottom line: he wants to cozy up to Trump a-la Musk.

Now, Trump has banned Associated Press from the White House and from presidential press pool trips. Why? Because AP had the cajones to refuse to refer to the Gulf of Mexico by its new name: Gulf of America, as per Trump’s executive order.

Trump has also sued the Des Moine Register because the paper printed poll results just before the election last November that showed Kamala Harris leading Trump in Iowa, a state that Trump ultimately won.

And now, he is threatening to SUE THE MEDIA after a Wall Street Journal was critical of his tariffs.

Finally, it’s worth mentioning that a local man, an avid Trump supporter, complained to a female co-worker that Some of Trump’s actions were hurting him. “I’m a veteran,” he complained, “and he’s cutting veterans’ benefits.”

His co-worker, who is most definitely NOT a Trump fan, just looked at him and said, “Well, he told you he was going to do that. Weren’t you listening?”
