Maybe Dick Cheney would like to invite Kristi Noem to go bird hunting.

Not sure where things stand with you and Jeff Landry on your public records request, but thought I’d pass on what our attorney tells us: Better off using a rifle rather than a shotgun approach:
“Simply requesting “SB 482” and “Cloud” emails with Landry would have avoided the obvious responses that are difficult to challenge”
Leslie Turk Lead Investigative Reporter, The Current Lafayette, LA Cell (337) 207-4312
I agree except there was no such Senate bill prior to the start of the legislative session and I’m sure they discussed public records between Jan. 8 (when Landry took office) and the start of the session. That’s why I asked for any discussion of public records.
As for where we stand, the governor’s office is stalling as fully expected. I have little doubt that they will find some way to avoid compliance.
Perfect Tom. Perfect! Best idea I’ve seen since I don’t know when.
