And, yet, when you read this article in The ADVOCATE this morning, things don’t look so bad. No big deal and the quote from the CMS person was a priceless obfuscation seeming to bolster this idea. So we should all be like Alfred E. Neuman.
All we really need is a little more Kool-Aid.

According to today’s Advocate (the alleged newspaper in BR) only minor tweaking should be required to the contract to make it totally acceptable.
