“The findings relating to RSD’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations should be addressed immediately by management.”
—Legislative Auditor Daryl Purpera, in his management letter to Recovery School District (RSD) Superintendent Patrick Dobard in which Purpera noted that a state audit had found that RSD could not account for more than $2.7 million in movable property. It was the sixth consecutive year in which RSD was cited for lax property control and missing or stolen property.

No need to steal from Louisiana as this leadership will give us away. This is similar to the reconstruction Republicans after the Civil War. Piyush should have to return or pay it back. The buck stops with him, right?
Don’t you know, he is the buck. So, the answer is no. LOL
Why are these people not under investigation for embezzlement? This clearly applies and the public trust is not being served! State AG, IG, why are you to not investigating this?
The contract amendment mentioned earlier is illegal because they cannot get the permission of the public to dispose of the property in any other way than the surplus sales. Again anything other than this is embezzlement or theft!
Were any of the six figure DoE jobs advertised or were they appointed via smoke-filled back room chicanery?
