Winnsboro is in north Louisiana. Waynesboro is in Tangipahoa Parish. If the governor and his staff spent more time in Louisiana they would know this.
His press conferences are awful! How fast can I read this grocery list? Seriously, is there any useful or usable information in them at all? Or is it all just political onanism?
