The new TPA for the state’s med benefits has a written agreements with providers and hospitals that they won’t pay for medical errors just like the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services rejects payments for those claims…unless, of course, they don’t like you. LOL (Joking)
Piyush, the GOP poster boy for “Job creation”? His creationism is on par with Romney’s. Two Pees in a pod both co-opting GOD. Wake up and smell the Piyush!! Recall: http://www.recallbobbyjindal.com.
So – while the lawsuit (filed by United Healthcare, Humana, etc. over the fact that Blue Cross originally got the state health insurance contract by an unfair advantage courtesy of Jindal & Co. in formulating a bid) resulted in a legal victory for the UH & Humana – BCBS now gets to take over (& destroy) the Office of Group Benefits. It’s official – Louisiana is no longer a state – but rather a colony owned by affluent, well-connected corporate interests.
Throw out the carpetbaggers. We are building a state-wide organization to recall Jindal a number of legislators who’ve sold out Louisiana’s citizens for large contributions from ALEC, Jindal, Bogus PACs and a number of organizations with “family” and “children” in their names, all fronts for the corporate radical righ agenda.
