In other words, whatever they deem necessary to maintain the “integrity” of their schools!
The governor is using this state to get what he wants, when he wants it, and he and his henchmen will do whatever it takes to get it.

What’s the possibility that someone will be able to sue using reference to Brown v Board of Education? I thought separate but “not really equal” was illegal when setting up public schools (and I would take that to include private schools receiving public money)?
The first time I read that sentence, my old brain just couldn’t comprehend it. So I read it again and thought about it some more. I repeated this for a while. The best translation I could come up with is, “While we might not personally support discrimination (wink, wink), far be it for us to stand in anyone’s way who wishes to do so”.
