One thing you can say about our PINC (Pedo-in-Chief) Donald Trump is that he puts his bigotry out there for all to see and his reaction to the rape allegations at Cornell University is a stark reminder that he is, first and foremost, a racist disgrace.
He wasted no time Friday in publicly proclaiming his sympathy for the seven Cornell men accused of gang-raping a co-ed at a frat house in 2024. But his feelings of good will were not limited to the seven defendants; his condolences were extended to the university, the local district attorney and university police–all of whom apparently botched the investigation in the beginning.
Why? Why, because of one person, of course. When New York Gov. Kathy Hochul appointed New York Attorney General Letitia James to investigate the case and its apparent mishandling, Trump simply went BALLISTIC.
James, you see, successfully prosecuted PINC on those 34 counts of falsifying business records and that’s unforgivable in PINC’s eyes because everything that doesn’t go his way is either “fake news,” a “witch hunt” or a “hoax.”
“Well, Letitia James is a corrupt person. She’s totally corrupt, and I can’t imagine it,” he said. “I feel badly for whoever she’s looking at because they won’t get a fair shake.” (Feeling “badly” means your fingers are numb. To feel “bad” for someone would be the proper grammar but of course, Trump would have no way of knowing that. For his life after POTUS he does qualify for a play-by-play sports announcer, though.)
So, PINC believes the Cornell frat boys can’t get a fair shake. Oh, really? Let’s review.
In 1980, five men were arrested, tried and convicted for the alleged gang rape and beating of a woman in Central Park.
Trump immediately took out full-page ads in New York newspapers calling for their execution. “These muggers and murderers” should be “forced to suffer and, when they kill, they should be executed for their crimes,” said the ad, above Trump’s signature.
Two decades later, DNA evidence proved the men’s innocence and one of them, Yusef Salaam, subsequently ran and won a seat on New York City’s council.
So, did Trump walk back his initial call for reimposition of New York’s death penalty?
Hell no. He DOUBLED DOWN. That’s his style, taught by his (and the late Joe McCarthy’s) lawyer Roy Cohn. He continued after their exoneration to insist they were guilty and that a monetary settlement made by the city was a blunder.
The difference in the two cases? The Central Park Five were all black. Five of the Cornell Seven are white. Plus, the prosecutor, the aforementioned Letitia James, is black.
That makes all the difference in Trump’s poisoned mind. He is a bitter, mentally deranged man convicted of his own sexual assault (E. Jean “she’s not my type” Carroll) who has no business having access to the nuclear codes or, for that matter, a microphone. He has yet to form a single, organized strategy for any of his so-called policies, including health care, defense, the economy, diplomacy or crime prevention. Yet, he insists on envisioning himself as some sort of legal guru.
And with the Epstein files still lingering in the background, he certainly is the last person on earth qualified to speak to justice.
