The MAGA fascist/white supremacist Supreme Court twisted a law designed to protect minority representation so that the application of the law to its purpose is inherent racism. Thus this Supreme Court has established the “principle” that any attempt to prevent racist practices is, itself, racism and prohibited by the Constitution. This again proves a point I have made repeatedly. MAGA fascists don’t understand Law and the equal application of it as foundational to a safe, secure, and prosperous society. MAGA fascists understand Law to be a tool used by those in power to protect and reward themselves while binding and punishing their enemies. Those two views of law are not compatible. Nor are MAGA fascists and real Americans.
