I try to refrain from predictions but I sincerely believe this congress will attempt to revoke the 22nd amendment. Should such a case go to the Supreme Court it would have at least a 50% chance of a favorable ruling. Failing that, Trump will attempt to suspend elections in 2028 and if he has a MAGA majority in Congress at that time he will likely succeed, or at least delay the election until the Supreme Court could hear the case, where he would have at least a 50% chance of a favorable ruling. Nothing – absolutely nothing – will be even remotely “normal” by 2028. MAGA voters thought society was changing too rapidly for them and tomorrow they’ll say to the rest of us, “hold my beer.”
You people need medication. The reason he won EVERY swing state is because Americans, black, white, and brown, are tired of lunacy like this post.
Well, my post may be lunacy, but what do you call what he and Musk are doing to veterans’ rights, social security, Medicaid/Medicare, basic civil rights, First Amendment rights and to tens of thousands of your friends, neighbors and family members who work for the federal government? If that isn’t the work of a despot, I don’t know what is.
