But unfortunately Ms. Herring they don’t care. They are just as happy in their ignorance as he is in his…so what if he lies. He tells it like it is. He is the greatest. If people would just leave him alone so he could do his job. It’s not his fault or his responsibility that the country is in such bad shape. And if only the fake news would stop talking about him. Fake news, the ones who gave him $2 billion worth of free publicity in his bid for the presidency.
Yet his supporters are all singing that old Joe Stampley refrain , “And it’s all these things that make you mine.”
Well, the country was in pretty good shape before the virus hit and we shut down the country. Far better shape than it was in 2016 by any measure.
And as I have stated before, each side looks at the other and says the same thing. Both sides think the other is ignorant. I watch Joe Biden try and complete a thought or say anything coherent and just smile because some of you actually believe this guy can win an election. I do not see a million people trying to see him speak anywhere.
Now tell me Ms. Zoe, how is the country in “far better shape than it was in 2016 by any measure?” I keep asking, but you never tell me? Convince me.
I do not see a million people trying to see Biden speak either. Because he does not hold campaign rallies where people are at great risk of becoming infected. He has good sense and quite frankly the man does not have to say anything. Trump is destroying himself all by himself. Convert me to your side with facts. At least try. I will listen. A better question, CJG, is why would even 10 people line up to hear Trump speak…unless it was for a good laugh? I’m sure he will draw bigger crowds because everyone loves a clown and people will be drawn to a train wreck just to view the carnage.
Zoe talks about Biden suffering from dementia and she’s a nurse so why isn’t it even more apparent to her that Trump has totally lost it. He can’t absorb information, he can’t articulate ideas, he can’t remember facts, he can’t walk down a ramp (slippery, by behind – look at the military officer walking beside him. He has no trouble with the ramp although he does have to walk slowly to keep from walking off and leaving Trump), he can’t even hold a glass of water with one hand anymore, and he can’t even play an honest round of golf. I don’t recall anyone ever accusing Obama of cheating at golf. Goodness! How large does Trump’s ego have to be that he can’t even play an honest round?
And as for John Bolton, I can’t pin any bouquets on him, either. He came to the dance a bit late and only to cash in like some slick, diamond-studded, Rolex-wearing televangelist.
