Schumer clearly went off the rails on this one. He, of all people, knows the value of the separation of powers doctrine. Trump is of the opinion there is but one branch of government consisting of one person.
Is this just a minor preview of what to expect from McConnell’s ultra conservative federal judge system? This has been his and his owner’s goal for years and now we will see why?

Schumer’s narrative regarding two specific SCOTUS justices exposed him and his ilk to intimidation which could lead to physical confrontation. Even for a citizen this conduct would be reprehensible, but for a congressional leader it was unheralded. Now you attempt to cross reference the President’s statements about other legal representatives with Schumer’s blatant encouragement of physical action against the nation’s highest court.
Criticism of laws, judges, and issues are our right as free Americans. Incitement of physical action against them ( by the Senate minority leader no less ) is well beyond any of the critiques offered by you of the President.
Instead of attempting to cross reference statements to lamely bulwalk your position, perhaps you might say, “Schumer was wrong. so let’s step back before anyone ( especially a sitting member of Congress ) makes threats against the Federal judiciary”

Your response was obviously “heart-felt”. However, you still have not faced the fact that Donald Trump has ranted out actual physical violence to those that he deems in opposition. Perhaps you need to clean up that filth in your own back yard and them compare what is left in the Democrat’s back yards. It is true that political rants are can get over the top…but, Trump has been clearly recorded as ranting bullying threats to those he dislikes. This seems to be so easily just overlooked by his followers. I would guess that many Democrats have asked Schumer to tone down his responses….where is this action among Trump followers? I guess they all know better than to even hint that he needs to change something he is doing. This is also a matter of record….his White House has a revolving door for him to oust disloyals and install loyals. This really isn’t a healthy way for a man suffering from Malignant Narcissism to be indulged…
I don’t see any cross referencing taking place at all. I see five quotes from different sources politicizing the judicial system, something I haven’t seen in my lifetime. I think it warrants attention, which is what is being provided here with the quotes. I would go one step further and suggest reading the book “Captured” by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse describing how corporations buy influence over our government and in particular the judicial system, including the Supreme Court. Americans have lost trust in Congress, the Presidency, and now the Judicial System, thanks to Barr and the Supreme Court. The conservative far right has worked for many years to accomplish their aims and we are seeing the fruits of their efforts.

Shocking is the only word I can scream within my imploding head. Chief Justice Roberts has publicly stated his disdain for Schumer and all Dems, IMHO. I watched fervently during the impeachment hearings, Roberts total disinterest in talking heads of the Republican party’s untruths, stated by their attorney and various Senators. Roberts could and should have cited these individuals for their various distortions of truth. He did not offer any rebuttals against the Repubs. Instead he took issue with the Dems for their name calling. Extremely bias as you have also shown by the right leaning statements about his fellow women justices sitting on the court. No resistance shown. Schumer was looking for contributions to the impeachment hearing from the justice, imploring the republican senators to adhere to the process. I realized then where his loyalty lay at the feet of the Republicans. No interference. It was confirmed by his statements to Schumer outside the walls and on the steps of the Supreme Courthouse – don’t speak, attack the righteous right on any/all fronts. Swing vote for the left, NOT!
Just wait until the lawsuits-NYSAG-and several Congressional committees seeking Trump’s financial records hit the Supreme Court. Trumps seems desperate to prevent the records being exposed. If Gorsuch & Kavanaugh& Roberts find in his favor-lower courts having found against Trump-it will overturn longstanding precedent and blast the unitary President into impunity.
Sen. Schumer’s little hissy fit will pale-very pale in comparison. All this likely to hit this summer reigniting the Mueller commission etc down the campaign stretch.

Florida pastor Rick Wiles warned listeners of his radio program last week that “There’s gonna be violence in America” if Democrats are successful in impeaching and removing President Donald Trump from office.
Wiles, who heads the Flowing Streams Church in Vero Beach, made the comments on his TruNews and stated that veterans, cowboys, mountain men and some “guys that know how to do violence” would start “hunting down” Democrats.
“If they take him [Trump] out, there’s gonna be violence in America,” said Wiles. “That’s all there is to it.”
“I believe there are people in this country, veterans, there are cowboys, mountain men, I mean guys that know how to fight, and they’re going to make a decision that people who did this to Donald Trump are not gonna get away with it, and they’re gonna hunt them down,” the pastor continued.
“The Trump supporters are going to hunt them down,” he added. “It’s going to happen and this country is going to be plunged into darkness and they brought it upon themselves because they won’t back off.”
This isn’t the first time Wiles mentioned violence in the context of the impeachment of Trump. Last week on the same program Wiles feared Trump would be “lynched by Christmas,” and last July, Wales stated that “we’re about 72 hours away” from a coup involving a “shootout in the White House as Secret Service agents shoot commandos coming in to arrest President Trump,” and “decapitate” him on the lawn.
