Were the schools located in the “Great Northwest” or Alaska ? That information would be relevant, I think.

Despite that comment being the all time dumbest remark ever by a so-called government official, and grammatically incorrect to boot, I did an extensive search for bear attacks on schools. (What is a “potential” grizzly anyway, a pregnant mama bear?) I came across two reports, one of a black bear strolling down a school hallway in Bozeman, Montana, but he had a hall pass, so no worries. The other is posted below for your edification. Caution: bear with the reporter, who lays bare the threat from the ursine invaders among us.

  Zoe, someone once said an attorney should never ask a question he didn’t already know the answer to. That could apply to you as well. I went to the link you provided and it listed 29 gaffes by Obama.
  
  But you know what? That link provided gaffes and misstatements by other presidents and when I clicked on Trump, there were….73 and he’s been in office only 3 years to Obama’s 8. Oh, well, we see what we want to see.

Well Jessup, Tom has printed many of Trump’s miss-statements, gaffes etc. My point was to show that he was hardly the only President to do so, as I certainly do not deny that Trump has made those comments. Here are a few more by politicians to amuse you;
“Homicide is the leading cause of murder” – Congresswoman Sheila Jackson
“Owning a gun is not a right. If it were, it would be in the Constitution” Congresswoman Ocasio Cortez.
“Having an abortion is no different than having your tonsils removed” Senator Elizabeth Warren
“No ordinary American cares about Constitutional Rights” Joe Biden

Point in this case is those were not even gaffes. Biden is a treasure trove , pretty much on a daily basis, of dumb comments. I provided link and read it. You evidently have tried to make this a contest and totally miss the point. Bonehead remarks are not exclusive to Donald Trump.

And since you are so critical of the Donald, I wonder which of the potential rivals wow you? I am thinking you like Mayor B. Or perhaps Ms Warren ?
