“Hey, John, what’s this all about? What’s this a tour of?”
—Donald Trump, to then-Chief of Staff John Kelly as they prepared to take a private tour of the USS Arizona Memorial which commemorates the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941, which killed 2,402 American servicemen and brought the U.S. into World War II (from the book A Very Stable Genius).
Amazing.
And to think, we have Garret Graves “researching” UCMJ decisions so he can get AKP’s (Ass kissing points) from the stable genius. I have written Graves and my Congressman, Abraham, requesting the “source” of their funds to do this and any legal authority they have to review decisions that are final just to present to the stable genius so he can pardon for purely political reasons.ron thompson
I guess he didn’t go far enough in American history to know about the minor dust-up in the early 1940s.
but, but, didn’t trump go to all the best schools? He graduated from the New York Military Academy and wears a military style uniform in his 1964 yearbook photo. Do you suppose the school taught history? Military history, like World War II? Maybe the stable genius skipped those classes…or spent his time in a barn, hence “stable” genius. In any case, trump threatened the military academy and Fordham University with legal action if they released his academic records. Any guess why? HAHAHAHA.
Now that John Kelly is gone…maybe they should hire an average 5th grader to explain American History to “President Trump?”
