I am not sure if an impeachment trial has opening arguments and summations, but that quote would be great to use by the prosecution in either one or both.
And since Graham went to the White House and upon leaving said that he told trump that his remarks about Rep. Dingle were “not funny.” that would make about number 16,000 the number of comments by trump qualifying for having diminished the office of the presidency.
Trump will not be thrown out of office.
Bill Clinton was in fact guilty of three charges, none of which were of sufficient magnitude to remove him.
I am amazed that many who post on this site have no issue with Bill having sex in Oval Office while on the phone with Senator’s, with Obama misusing the IRS, FBI, CIA, selling guns to drug cartels (which in turn killed a DEA officer), giving Billions to terrorist renegade nation (Iran), approving Biden’s interference in Ulraine where his son was involved, yet are so upset with Trump being uncouth.I think some need to step back and re-evaluate what is going on, and what is worse for this country.
Who could seriously prefer Hillary Clinton in the White House; a woman who has made a profession of milking money out of “donors” who need or want access to government ? She paid millions of donor dollars to a foreign agent (Steele) to interfere with our last election via a salacious dossier that was totally fabricated and had the audacity to claim that Trump utilized Russian interference ?!? And let us not forget, the Clinton’s stole art, silverware, furniture etc. from the White House (read taxpayers) last time they were there.
